What is EAP?

Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and "LifeWorks" is an assistance plan to offer confidential professional counseling services to employees to help resolve problems that affect their personal life and may affect work performance.  The program is completely voluntary; the aim is to provide access to confidential counseling.

EAP and "LifeWorks" is a joint program of:

PEI Nurses’ Union
Union of Public Sector Employees
PEI Teachers’ Federation
Canadian Union of Public Employees
International Union of Operating Engineers

and

The Government of PEI
The Regional Administrative School Boards
