►  The system-wide plan by government for the Collaborative Model of Care is currently being planned for some worksites and is now being implemented in others. The following sites were being implemented with the MOC as of April, 2011: QEH Unit 3, PCH Surgical/Restorative, Wedgewood, Summerside-Homecare, KCMH, Colville Manor, Maplewood Manor, Community Hospital, QEH - Unit 7, PCH - Medical/Palliative, and Queens-Homecare.

The following sites are currently being planned (as of April, 2011): Kings-Homecare, West-Homecare, QEH-Unit 8, Margaret Stewart Ellis, Souris Hospital, Stewart Memorial Hospital, Summerset Manor, QEH-Units 1 & 2, QEH/PCH - Inpatient/Psych Unit, PE Home, and Western Hospital.
