Director of Labour Relations

We are thrilled to have partnered with PEI Nurses Union in the search for their new Director of Labour Relations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who will be reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Labour Relations will play a crucial role in fostering a positive working culture within the union and supporting the relationship between the union, its members, and key stakeholders.

For this position, you must hold a post-secondary degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or Labour Studies. A minimum of five years of related work experience in labour relations and/or human resources within a unionized environment is required. Exceptional communication skills for diverse forms of correspondence and negotiations are essential.
