The 2018-2021 Collective Agreement expired on March 31st, 2021.
A pre-negotiation survey was sent out to members in March, which has provided the Negotiations Committee valuable information to assist in identifying priorities for the negotiation of a new Collective Agreement.
During this period, PEINU would like to remind you that even though the Collective Agreement has expired, the terms continue to be in full force and effect until a new Agreement has been negotiated.
We will update Members when negotiations commence and look forward to the ratification of a new Agreement.
