The PEI Nurses’ Union is excited to announce the opportunity for 3 members-at-large (non-council, one from each county) to attend the 2025 CFNU Biennial Convention as part of the PEINU delegation!
This event is an excellent opportunity to:
- Network with nursing professionals from across Canada.
- Engage in meaningful discussions shaping the future of nursing.
- Learn through educational sessions to enhance your professional skills.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, you should:
- Be actively involved in your local.
- Have attended an AGM in the past three years.
- Be a first-time Biennium attendee or someone who did not attend the previous Biennium.
What’s Included?
Provincial sponsorship covers:
- Registration fees
- Travel expenses
- Accommodations
- Per diems and salary (as per PEINU policy)
Please note: Costs related to social events are the responsibility of attendees. For full details, refer to Policy Number VI-20 in the PEI Nurses’ Union Policy Manual.
How to Apply
Interested members should complete the expression of interest form below.
- Applications will be reviewed, and eligible participants will be randomly selected.
- Alternates will also be identified in case of cancellations.

Submit your application by January 23rd, 2025 to be considered.
