We are now accepting nominations for the first-ever President Elect of the PEI Nurses’ Union!  

Nominations

To nominate yourself or another member to the position of President Elect, you must complete & submit the online Nomination Form (including details of the Nominee’s qualifications / biography) on or before September 27th.

The deadline to submit Nominations is Friday, September 27th.  The Nominations Committee will announce the slate of candidates in the election on Monday, September 30th.

Election & Term of Office

The election will be held by electronic vote on November 1st 2024.  The successful candidate will then serve a 1-year term as the “President Elect” before assuming the office of President for a three (3) year term (2025-2028) commencing on November 1st 2025.

This is an exciting time for the Union and it’s a great time for individuals to get involved … you can fill out the nomination form online by clicking on the red “Nomination Form” button below:

The form will open on August 27th @ 8am and close on September 27th at 4pm. (It will not be available before/after those dates/times.)
