Constitution Amendment for C&R

As stated in Article 12.01 of the Constitution and Bylaws, “Throughout the year and up to ninety (90) days prior to the date of the AGM, Constitution and By-Law amendments and resolutions may be submitted in writing to the Constitution and Resolutions Committee in accordance with the relevant policies of the Union.”

The current deadline for 2027 Amendments is January 29, 2027.

Members will be provided with the details of any proposed amendments at least thirty (30) days in advance of an AGM or Special Meeting.
